Excellent Service and Beautiful Scenery
decorated rooms warm pool gym equipment
The rooms were well decorated and included a view over the lake. The swimming pool was clean and warm. The grounds were maintained well . I used the gymwith very good equipment, and I enjoyed the massages at the spa. The massages were very thorough and expertly applied.
The staff were not well trained and could be improved, which would make it a great resort.

huge lake clean room well appointed room
The hotel has a HUGE backwater lake with a pond. The landscaping was well maintained. The rooms are clean and really well appointed.
The boat ride BROKE down and staff tried to reschedule it at the same time on another day.

fantastic resort experience
sunset boat ride yoga session tea service nightly entertainment
the resort included a sunset boat ride, which i enjoyed. morning yoga sessions were available to guests. tea service was also included, a nice touch. nightly entertainment was provided, it added to the experience.
The wi-fi signal was a little inconsistent. I hope they address this soon.

The breakfast had many options, including european and indian dishes. freshly cooked eggs were prepared to order. the restaurant offered a selection of well-cooked and tasty food. I noticed the hotel is dry.

the pool was good and i found table tennis unexpectedly.
i found the staff not well trained and i think this could be improved. response to questions prior to my stay was poor. the location needs a bar.
